Crisis talks in Brussels as the EU prepares to deliver a multi-billion euro aid package to Greece. But the bailout has divided Europe.The majority of Germans oppose the Greek bailout. The measures have more support in other EU member states. But Europe's citizens largely agree that politicians have failed to bring the capital markets under control. They also lay the blame for the current Greek tragedy at Brussels' door. For years Greece was able to conceal an enormous budget deficit without the European Union's intervention.
